Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Position Overview

The Graphics Manager serves as the critical link between design and production, ensuring that all graphic elements meet brand standards, print specifications, and production requirements.

This role is responsible for managing graphics from concept through final delivery, overseeing prepress processes, coordinating with print vendors, reviewing finished products for quality, and supporting project teams to ensure successful execution. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with an eye for design, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Prepress

  • Create print-ready layouts that align with client branding and project objectives.
  • Review and prepare files to meet production specifications and minimize errors.
  • Develop artwork templates for exhibit structures, fabric graphics, and display components.
  • Generate production proofs and manage approval workflows.
  • Maintain graphic templates, standards, and production documentation.

Production & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with print and graphic production vendors to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
  • Manage graphic production schedules alongside project timelines.
  • Inspect incoming graphics for color accuracy, quality, and overall appearance.
  • Collaborate with internal production teams during assembly and testing processes.

Inventory & Project Readiness

  • Verify shipping inventories and ensure project materials are complete.
  • Process and document graphics returning from events.
  • Maintain organization and tracking of stored graphic assets.
  • Ensure all graphics are event-ready and properly documented.

Communication & Process Improvement

  • Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and potential risks.
  • Support a positive client experience through attention to detail and effective communication.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and production processes.
  • Assist with presentations, marketing materials, and website content updates as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in print production, large-format graphics, exhibits, events, signage, or a related industry.
  • Understanding of print production processes, materials, and vendor management.
  • Experience with large-format graphics, fabric graphics, display systems, or trade show environments is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
